  1. Can I cancel or change my reservation?

    All reservations are FINAL. We will do our best to accommodate changes to reservations when we can, but cannot ensure a refund or change in reservation. All changes to reservations must be requested prior to 72 hours of your reservation time in order to be considered. We are not able to accommodate decreases in size of reservation. All cancellations requests are subject to a $10 per person fee.

  2. Does Saved by the Max take walk-ins?

    We do take walk-ins every night! Reservations are highly suggested as walk-ins can not be guaranteed.

  3. What are your hours?

    We're open Wednesday through Sunday until 11pm,l 12am on Fridays and Saturdays!

  4. Are you open for brunch and when?

    Brunch is over for this semester, Preppy. We hope you can join us for dinner though!

  5. What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call the restaurant to see if we can accommodate. Please note that all reservations at The Max are limited to 90 minutes, which start at the beginning of your noted reservation time. Unfortunately, if you are late to your reservation, your time at The Max cannot be extended past the end of your 90 minute block.

  6. Is The Max available for private and semi-private parties?

    Yes! We would love to try to accommodate your party! Please contact us at SavedByTheMaxChicago@gmail.com.

  7. Can I give away my ticket or sell it?

    Yes. The booking is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk.   8. What if my party is larger than 8 or the reservations available?

    If your party is larger than 8 please contact us at SavedByTheMaxChicago@gmail.com!

  9. What about allergies or other dietary restrictions?

    Please alert us to any allergies or other dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate them.

  10. Do you sell merchandise?

    We do! Currently we sell merchandise in-house at Saved by the Max Chicago! Online coming soon!

  11. How does the waitlist work?

    We welcome you to join our waitlist and we will do our best to update the waitlist when new tables become available, but we cannot guarantee waitlist any reservations. For that reason we suggest making a reservation for an open time while you still can!

  12. What does my ticket include?

    Your ticket includes reservation with a choice of one appetizer, one entree, one dessert and soft drinks! Menu subject to change.

  13. Is there parking available?

    Street parking is available, but is hard to come by. We are a block away from the Damen Blue Line.

  14. Are there any age restrictions and can children accompany adults?

    Saved by the Max is 21+ after 10pm unless with a reservation accompanied by a guardian. Children are welcome to join us when accompanied by an adult before 10pm.

  15. Are you handicap accessible?

  16. Do you sell gift cards?

    We do not at this time.

  17. Can I combine two reservations?

    Please only book a reservation for your intended party size. We will do our best to combine parties, but can not guarantee it.

  18. What do I need to bring?

    Please bring an ID, no need to print out anything.
